ABSTRACT
A 6-month-old female with a cloaca presents for initial evaluation. She had a divided colostomy as a newborn, which was complicated by a wound infection requiring delayed primary closure of the peristomal wound. She also had an atrial septal defect (ASD) which closed spontaneously.
