ABSTRACT
A 4-month-old female with a history of a cloaca presented for reconstruction. She was an ex-35-week premature infant. She had a prenatal diagnosis of bilateral hydronephrosis. After delivery, she was noted to have a single perineal orifice and a colostomy and mucous fistula was created at another institution.
