ABSTRACT

A 3-month-old reported to have “ambiguous genitalia”, a UG sinus and a patent anus with normal passage of meconium and urine presents for evaluation. The VACTERL work-up was negative for any cardiac defect and the renal/bladder US was notable for a right multicystic dysplastic kidney with a possible right ureterocele and a normal left kidney. The spinal US showed a midthoracic myelomeningocele and a tethered cord.
