ABSTRACT
A newborn is transferred to the NICU with a suspected cloacal malformation eight hours postnatally, born at 37 weeks via cesarean section. The prenatal history is notable for left-sided SFU Grade 4 antenatal hydronephrosis and absence of the right kidney with oligohydramnios.
