ABSTRACT

A premature infant with a prenatal diagnosis of cloacal exstrophy was born at 32 weeks of gestation. She was delivered via cesarean section due to fetal decelerations and concern for fetal distress. She was Twin B of a twin pregnancy, and her sister was healthy. At delivery, her appearance, pulse, grimace, activity, and respiration (APGAR) scores were 2 and 8 at one and five minutes, respectively. Her birth weight was 1.7 kg.
