ABSTRACT

Gynecologic anomalies are common in female patients with cloacal malformations, occurring in more than half. Anatomical variations can include duplication or atresia of Mȕllerian structures in both symmetric and asymmetric patterns. Anomalies can be isolated to the vagina, cervix, or uterus and fallopian tubes or can present as a combination of anomalies between Mȕllerian structures ( Figure 7.1 ).
