ABSTRACT
Breast cancer is the prominent origin of death with high morbidity and mortality in Indian and worldwide women. Targeted nanodrug delivery system distributed the drug on-site to increase bioavailability. Many nanopar-ticles have been created specifically targeting metastasized breast tumors. Natural compounds can combat breast cancer aggressiveness, inhibit cancer cell proliferation, and modulate cancer-related pathways. Co-encapsulation of synthetic drug with herbal drug in nanocarrier synergically improves the efficacy of monotherapy. This review focuses on breast cancer their different treatment integrating with various herbal bioactive compounds with synthetic drugs loaded in nanocarriers. Moreover, this review summarizes several nanocarrier (monotherapy or dual therapy) for the breast cancer treatment.
