ABSTRACT

Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19) appeared in Wuhan, China, and has been reported all over the world. Human coronavirus was later renamed SARS-CoV-2 because it resembles the virus responsible for severe respiratory distress syndrome (SARS-CoV). Preventive measures are the most favorable and only way to tackle with the coronavirus outbreak. In these inevitable pandemic conditions, we have some preventive tools such as quarantine, social distancing, and isolation to avoid these circumstances. Understanding of these measures is very necessary and need of time. These precautionary measures carry some long-term impacts on human mental health. By following these preventive tools, a global movement is encouraged that supports healthy eating and physical activities to encourage people to return to a healthy life.
