ABSTRACT

During the pandemic, production security and production management have become important issues. Production security is essential for every individual. But if the pandemic continues, how and what will happen to production supply and production? The majority of the population are in lockdown, and the economy remains stagnant. This chapter aims to outline a model for integrating Industry 4.0 in the food industry and to construct a requirement model for food production and the supply chain. Besides that, it will provide a new avenue for the pandemic food supply chain, establishing new industry acceptability and providing academics with a conceptual model.
