ABSTRACT

The field of computer science known as artificial intelligence (AI) develops smart machines proficient in performing tasks and making decisions that would require human intelligence. Reactive machines, limited memory, theory of mind, and self-awareness are the different types of AI. It has a long history, with the first paper entitled ‘A Logical Calculus of Ideas Immanent in Nervous Activity’ being published in 1943 by Warren Mc Cullough and Walter Pitts. Subsequently with advanced research, Baidu made its Linear Fold AI algorithm available to medical professionals during the beginning of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic (2020), which was a technology 120 times faster than the existing one at predicting the virus’s RNA sequence.

Some particular uses of AI include expert systems, machine learning, speech recognition, and natural language processing, which bring down the scope of human error to almost zero. here we deal with its application in the healthcare, pharma, and education sectors.

AI is a blessing for the growth and well-being of humankind, yet there is no replacement for the human mind, which has the ability to think with feelings and judge the consequences.
