Visualizing the intellectual structure and evolution of e-service research

This paper uses the science mapping software CiteSpace to visually analyze the bibliometric records retrieved from the SSCI database. The main tasks are to identify the research frontiers and explain the evolution of the main frontiers in the field of e-service. The contributions of this paper include identifying three research frontiers and explaining the evolution of theirs, integrating three indicators to determine the frontiers.
