ABSTRACT

According to the size of the cast-in-situ beam and its height from the ground, the cast-in-situ support scheme of Bailey beam with turnbuckle support is designed, which solves the difficulty of insufficient number of steel pipe piles on the construction site. In order to ensure the safety, practicability and economy of the cast-in-situ support, the finite element software MIDAS Civil is used to establish the support model, simulate the actual situation, apply the load, and calculate the strength, deflection, and stability of the support. The results show that the design scheme of cast-in-situ support of continuous beam meets the requirements of strength, deflection and stability, saves the construction period, and can be used as a reference for the design of cast-in-situ support of continuous beam.
