ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of China's economy and the rapid increase of urbanization, the “urban syndrome”, represented by serious traffic congestion and building space congestion, has become a prominent contradiction in China's urban development. In this paper, an engineering tunnel under through existing tunnel project is taken as an example, and MADIS GTS/NX 3D finite element analysis software is used to analyze the impact of different working conditions on the existing tunnel deformation during the whole shield under through process, and to compare and analyze the impact of an advanced pipe shed on controlling the existing tunnel deformation. The results show that the impact on the existing tunnel deformation can be effectively controlled by using advanced pipe shed, and the research results can provide a reference for similar projects.
