ABSTRACT

Subway plays a great role in promoting urban development and injects strong vitality into modern urban development. This paper relies on Shaanxi Province's first case of the project to cross the Wei River – the section under the Wei River of Xi’an Metro Line 1, studies the influence law of shield tunneling through water-rich sand layer on segments, and analyzes the internal force and deformation law of segments in the process of tunneling through water-rich sand layer by comparing the stress nephogram and drawing relevant curves. The conclusion is that: in the construction process, the deformation form of the tube piece is squeezed from four directions to the center of the circle, the maximum displacement of each ring plate is generally distributed directly above the pipe plate, and the stress of each node tube plate is increased first, then reduced, and then leveled off.
