ABSTRACT
According to the relevant policies and technical requirements, combined with the need for highway engineering quality promotion, the systematic improvement achievements of highway standardization construction are formed in the aspects of project organization and management, technological innovation, and experience exchange utilizing project management standardization, temporary works standardization, process standardization, team process standardization, standardization observation meetings, etc., to guide the establishment of highway quality project.
