ABSTRACT

Permeable concrete is widely used as a green and environment-friendly material in sponge urban construction. However, it is found that strengthening the strength of permeable concrete will lead to a decrease in its permeability coefficient. To balance the permeable coefficient and the relationship between the intensity, now basalt fiber is mixed into the permeable concrete material. Through the orthogonal experiment, this paper analyzes different factors including water-cement ratio, target porosity, aggregate diameter, fiber length, fiber diameter, fiber dosage ratio of six factors such as permeable concrete compressive strength and the influence of permeable coefficient. The experimental results show that the compressive strength of pervious concrete can be improved by adding basalt fiber without changing the water permeability and the material preparation parameters of basalt fiber modified pervious concrete are water-cement ratio 0.3, target porosity 15%, aggregate particle size 5 mm~10 mm, fiber diameter 17 um, fiber length 24 mm, and fiber dosage 2 kg/m3.
