ABSTRACT

After the earthquake disaster on low-grade highway, it is beneficial to ensure smooth transportation of rescue vehicles and rescue materials to rush through the highway in a short time. Through investigation and analysis of highway earthquake disasters, the types and characteristics of low-grade highway earthquake disasters are determined, and the classification and disposal strategies are given according to the on-site damage of low-grade highway earthquake disasters. This paper analyzes the rescue impedance in the on-site rescue of earthquake disasters on low-grade highways. Through the regional division of the disaster site and the dredging of vehicles gathered on the site, ensuring that emergency rescue equipment can quickly reach the disaster site and be put to use on the highway is optimal. According to the current highway earthquake disaster disposal strategy, the on-site disposal process is studied and optimized by three aspects: emergency equipment selection, emergency equipment construction deployment, and residue transportation organization, to achieve the purpose of rapid rush through.
