ABSTRACT

For the continuous occurrence of highway earthquake disasters in Xinjiang, to achieve the purpose of rapid disposal of each disaster, a multi-objective emergency resource scheduling model is established in this paper. Firstly, the evaluation function of the weakening degree of emergency prevention ability in Xinjiang is established, then the evaluation function of the duration of highway earthquake disaster disposal is established, and the multi-objective emergency resource scheduling model is constructed by the linear weighting method. Finally, the model is solved by a genetic algorithm. The results show that the multi-objective scheduling model takes 0.3 h less time to deal with continuous highway natural disasters than the conventional scheduling method.
