ABSTRACT
This paper firstly analyzes the previous research results of urban traffic planning based on land use properties. Secondly, Handan city traffic planning is conducted through linear regression method and TransCAD software based on land use properties. Finally, the traffic planning results are analyzed, the urban road network of Handan city is evaluated, and the improvement measures are put forward from the aspects of facilities, intersection channelization, road sections, and so on.
