ABSTRACT

The development of new energy has driven prosperity and increased the volume of highway heavy cargo transportation. To ensure the safety and reliability of large cargo transportation, corresponding traffic control measures need to be taken for the transportation road, and the relevant traffic control measures will inevitably affect the road capacity, hinder people's travel, and cause disturbance to residents. To reduce the problems of disturbing residents caused by traffic control in highway heavy cargo transportation, through the analysis of the actual influencing factors of highway heavy cargo transportation route selection, the traffic impact and social impact caused by traffic control of highway heavy cargo transportation are analyzed from the four aspects of economy, technology, timeliness, and degree of disturbing residents, and establish the evaluation index system of highway heavy cargo transportation route selection for traffic control. Then, on the basis of this route selection evaluation index system, the weight of each index and factor is obtained by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Combined with the quantitative formula of transportation reality, technology, economy, timeliness, and disturbance degree, the data of the outlet network at four levels are obtained, and finally an optimal highway large cargo transportation route selection evaluation model considering traffic control is determined. Finally, a practical case study is given.
