ABSTRACT
With the development of the urban economy and the improvement of residents’ living standards, the number of urban motor vehicles is growing rapidly, and the automobile industry is developing rapidly, thus the traffic environmental problems are becoming more serious. Many cities restrict the entry of large trucks into the main urban areas, which is the embodiment of the outstanding contradiction between traffic demand and environmental protection. To reduce exhaust emissions, traffic noise, traffic dust, and other hazards to human life and health, based on the protection of the urban environment and ecology, this paper adjusts and optimizes the urban traffic mode, makes rational use of urban underground space, and puts forward the corresponding new type of bridge and tunnel structure.
