ABSTRACT
With the goal of promoting the construction of a strong transportation country and the intrinsic safety of the world's first-class ports, this paper is committed to closely focusing on the demand for high-quality development of safety in the industry, deepening the structural reform on the supply side of safety professional scientific research, and promoting the in-depth integration and collaborative innovation of “safety + traditional professional”. To this end, the innovative technology system of port safety production refinement management, covering four fields including human-oriented safety, essential safety, operation safety, and management innovation, and nine types of new technologies, has been formed to effectively improve the level of delicacy in the management of safety production in port enterprises. The intelligent management of port production will be improved comprehensively, and the management service level and safety production level will be improved accurately, and provide technical support to achieve the industry's development goal of “technology consolidates safety and innovation enhances safety."
