ABSTRACT
Intelligent water conservation is an overall need of the Ministry of Water Resources' 14th Five-Year Plan, as well as an essential component of Zhejiang Provincial government's digital reform. Based on the Provincial “four horizontal, four vertical, and two ends” general framework, this paper constructs the general framework of a digital seawall management platform, designs a specific functional structure of the platform to achieve “accurate monitoring, dynamic research and judgment, automatic warning” of seawall, providing an important support for seawall management departments to prevent and resolve major risks and hidden dangers, and improve monitoring.
