ABSTRACT

In order to improve the ability of urban disaster prevention and mitigation and environmental governance and to improve the efficiency of urban renewal, it is necessary to upgrade the rainwater system in the built-up areas. The MikeFlood one-dimensional, two-dimensional, and pipe network “three-in-one” numerical simulation method is used to analyze the heavy rain in the Zhangjiang area, which is based on the Shanghai waterlogging prevention system and water environment governance system. waterlogging scenario is simulated, and a joint upgrading plan for shallow tunnels is proposed in this paper. The new scheme not only improves the feasibility of system upgrading and reconstruction, but also realizes the dual requirements of long-term drainage and waterlogging prevention and initial rain pollution control in the Zhangjiang area, providing a new idea for the renewal of rainwater systems in subsequent built-up areas.
