ABSTRACT
Lifting operations have become ever more important with the rapid development of the prefabricated building. In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of accidents during lifting operations, this paper first selected 58 construction-related lifting accidents that were statistically calculated by using the HFACS model to find out the indicators with a higher occurrence frequency and then utilized SPSS to calculate the ratios to obtain the relationship between different levels. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions were discussed from the perspectives of enterprises, individuals, and relevant departments based on the higher frequency indicators.
