ABSTRACT

In order to study whether the stress state of block 0 with the tower crane meets the requirements during construction. This paper analyzes the safety of block 0 structure of cable-stayed bridge with tower crane and establishes a 3D solid model of block 0 for numerical simulation by finite element method. The stress states under various working conditions and combined loads are calculated, and the tensile stress of block 0 structure under the action of the tower crane is analyzed. The results show that the maximum tensile stress at the connection between tower crane column foot and base foundation is 6.9MPa, exceeding the limit value by 119%. The tensile stress in the base foundation decreases rapidly along the horizontal direction and depth direction. The tensile stress in block 0 structure meets the limit value requirements, and the safety of block 0 structure meets the requirements under tower crane working load.
