ABSTRACT
The cost of prefabricated building is the key to restricting the development of the prefabricated building. This paper decomposes the construction process of prefabricated buildings, uses the decision laboratory method (DEMATEL) to build a model, finds out the key factors affecting prefabricated buildings, points out the relationship between various factors, and then achieves the purpose of cost control by controlling the key cost influencing factors, so as to provide a reference for the development of prefabricated buildings in the future.
