ABSTRACT

The high risk and complexity of the construction industry have caused frequent safety accidents. China's prefabricated concrete buildings are in the promotion and initial stage. There is a lack of systematic research on the construction safety management of prefabricated concrete buildings. It is urgent to use scientific and reasonable safety evaluation methods to further explore the construction safety management of prefabricated concrete buildings. This paper identifies hazardous and harmful factors in the construction process of prefabricated concrete buildings and constructs six aspects of prefabricated concrete construction safety including human factors, material factors, equipment factors, technical factors, management factors, and environmental factors. Evaluation indicators, combined with the subjective weight of the G1 method and the objective weight of the information entropy weight method, determine the comprehensive weight of the index factors and establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the construction safety of prefabricated concrete buildings. The actual case was verified, and the critical path of construction safety of the project was found, which is helpful to improve the construction safety management level of prefabricated concrete buildings.
