ABSTRACT

Dynamic scheduling is crucial for the satellite communication system. The paper studies the problem of dynamic scheduling a group of communication satellites. A flexible resources assignment model and response method with the Multi Agent System (MAS) are proposed. The two models are integrated to meet the demands of dynamic and real time. Correspondingly, an improved hybrid genetic algorithm is developed to minimize the finish time with limited time. The effectiveness of the model was verified by a set of experiments, and the results show that the method can improve the utilization rate of the satellite repeater, strengthen the communication mission capable rate, and enhance the stability of the system.
