ABSTRACT

The safety of the port, an important hub for logistics trade, is the focus of attention. Dangerous cargo consolidation areas at the port are prone to major safety risks, and the quantitative risk analysis of major accidents is an effective method of controlling and reducing the risks in the consolidation areas. The computational simulation and personal and social risk analysis for the accident consequences of typical containers can provide scientific guidance and a basis for the planning of dangerous cargo consolidation areas at the port, as well as the risk control and emergency rescue work.
