ABSTRACT
According to the characteristics of safety production management in port enterprises, the safety performance of port enterprises is quantitatively assessed by taking ordinary cargo terminal enterprises as an example, and the safety performance indicator system is established. Fuzzy Borda number analysis is used to establish a model. The Delphi method clarifies the factors concerned by industry regulators and enterprise managers, and the relative weight and absolute weight of each indicator are determined. Finally, the model is used to assess and evaluate the safety performance of enterprises quantitatively and comprehensively. The example shows that the model is scientific and feasible and can directly reflect the advantages and weak links of safety production in port enterprises to achieve the purpose of continuously improving the safety production level of port enterprises.
