ABSTRACT
Community regeneration is an important topic of current urban renewal in China, yet there is not enough current experience to deal with it. Therefore, this paper uses Vosviewer software to sort out and analyze the domestic literature related to community renewal in CNKI in the past ten years through the bibliometric method. Firstly, we review the concept, development history, and current status of community planning; then, we organize and summarize the community renewal models under the new perspective; finally, we analyze the current mechanism of community renewal. Based on the bibliometric approach, it is found that the research on community renewal in China suffers from a single research perspective, outdated renewal mechanisms, and a lack of quantitative research. This paper aims to provide an effective reference for future research on community renewal in China by sorting out and summarizing the research content of the literature in the past decade.
