ABSTRACT

The global outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019 has brought a huge impact on the stable operation of the international logistics system, which poses great risks to the smooth transportation of epidemic prevention materials and various goods. Therefore, under the international public health crisis, it is of great significance to accelerate the construction of the international logistics system of land, sea and air controlled by China all over the world, and to realize the effective connection and interaction of commodity inspection, transfer, unloading, transportation, storage, circulation processing and information in the international logistics system. Firstly, this study verifies that China must accelerate the construction of an international logistics system under the international public health crisis from three aspects: international trade, digital transformation of enterprises and value chain. Secondly, based on the framework of the international logistics system, the paper studies the system structure of China's international logistics affected by the international public health crisis. Finally, it analyzes the strategic mode that is beneficial to developing China's international logistics system under the international public health crisis, which provides a theoretical basis for China's construction of an international logistics system.
