ABSTRACT
Chatbot, a boon to technology, was created a long time ago to check the intelligence of machines. It has come up with great success that its intelligence has been proven in a very useful way. Machine Learning techniques have been used to train chatbots. The project titled “Zeta” is based on a restaurant-suggesting chatbot. A chatbot is a human-like system which is developed by implementing Artificial Intelligence concepts to interact with people. Several techniques involving natural language processing and neural networks are involved to develop a chatbot. It can be integrated with any device or application.
Nowadays, people spend quite a lot of time choosing a good quality restaurant to have their food. They either search a lot by traveling on foot or by surfing the Internet. To make things easier, a restaurant-suggesting chatbot needed to be created. This bot suggests restaurants based on the location of the user. The response of the chatbot is generated by the Dialogflow tool which is linked to the chat interface. The main objective of this chatbot is to suggest restaurants faster so that the user can spend less time surfing the web manually and in the streets in person. This highly featured chatbot makes things easier and simpler for finding out a good quality restaurant within the locality.
