ABSTRACT

This study used the Fenton oxidation process to treat Baijiu production wastewater based on the original anaerobic fermentation process. The FeSO4 dosage and the H2O2 addition amount in the Fenton oxidation method were investigated, respectively. The single factor test and orthogonal test were carried out to obtain the optimum combination conditions. The orthogonal test showed that the aerobic fermentation conditions were 1ml H2O2, 0.05g FeSO4, 6ml anaerobic bacteria, and the time was nine days. The aerobic fermentation condition was: pH6, 0.2mL nitrifying bacteria, the temperature of 30°C, and eight days. The denitrifying fermentation condition was: pH7, 0.15ml denitrifying bacteria, the temperature of 35°C, and seven days.
