ABSTRACT
According to the development status and construction technology of SI residence in developed countries and China, and through the early renovation cases in Holland and Japan, this paper focuses on the technical design method of maintenance and renewal of industrialized residence. The paper also studies the technical design methods that can be maintained and updated from the aspects of the standardized design of components, the connection design and the modulo-digital coordination system of the filling body, etc., the concrete design idea and construction flow that can be maintained and updated are put forward.
