ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the application prospects of bamboo, a traditional building material, under the background of deepening and standardization of green building construction. The author expounds the background of bamboo research, introduces the construction methods and limitations of traditional bamboo, and analyzes the research status of new bamboo buildings and the advantages and disadvantages of each kind of bamboo buildings by means of classification and statistics. Finally, the author suggests that we should adhere to the combination of low technology and high technology and continue to adhere to the research and application of new bamboo construction system.
