ABSTRACT

Based on the characteristics that the shaft tower frame column pile foundation construction is difficult and affects the construction period by using the freezing method, this paper puts forward a reasonable load-bearing scheme of transferring the inner column on one side of the shaft. In order to facilitate the construction of vertical shaft, two columns must be removed from the bottom layer to form a well tower with bottom supporting column conversion. Using PKPM / SATWE and MIDAS / Gen software, this paper establishes a variety of models by using the method of honeycomb gradually hollowing out solid web beam, and analyzes the effects of three conversion schemes of solid web beam, open web truss and truss on the stress and deformation of the structure. The results show that the well tower structure is more suitable for the truss conversion scheme; The method of gradually hollowing out the beam by using shell element is proposed, which provides a reasonable and effective idea and method for the analysis and design of transfer members in similar projects.
