ABSTRACT

Taking Shiman expressway as the background, based on Coulomb earth pressure theory, the numerical modeling of the slope behind multistage retaining wall is carried out by using finite element software, and the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram in different directions are obtained. In the project, the measured stress data and settlement of slope points in different directions are measured, and the measured stress curve and settlement curve are drawn. By comparing the measured value of the slope behind the retaining wall at all levels with the calculated value of the model, the reliability of the numerical simulation is verified, and the relevant laws of the slope stability behind the retaining wall are put forward, which provides the necessary theoretical basis for the prevention of the instability of the retaining wall and plays a certain guiding role for the engineering practice. The research results can provide reference for the design and analysis of similar multistage retaining walls.
