ABSTRACT
Public institutions take the lead in saving water resources, which not only has direct practical significance for controlling and reducing water resources consumption, but also plays a positive demonstration effect and guiding role in guiding and promoting the whole society to save resources. The rapid development of urbanization puts forward higher requirements for the functions of public institutions. It is very necessary to strengthen the construction of water-saving units in public institutions. Combined with the current situation and characteristics of water use by public institutions in southern water-rich region, this paper deeply discusses the construction indicators and standards of public institutions in Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong and Shanghai, and puts forward scientific and reasonable suggestions combined with examples. It will play a positive role in promoting the construction of water-saving units in public institutions and sustainable social and economic development in southern water-rich region.
