ABSTRACT
In order to strengthen the construction safety management of highway bridge and tunnel engineering, optimize the construction organization and improve the effectiveness of safety pre-control on the construction site, the Ministry of Transport issued the guideline for safety risk assessment of highway bridge and tunnel engineering construction in 2011. The bridge engineering in this guideline is mainly aimed at land bridges [1-3]. Combined with the actual situation of the project, this paper enriches the indicators related to sea area construction safety, and uses analytic hierarchy process for analysis. The research results have reference significance for the risk pre assessment of similar projects.
