ABSTRACT

In this paper, the compiled engineering process of disc tube reverse osmosis (DTRO) is expounded, and the landfill leachate treatment technology has been studied. The result shows that the pretreatment + two-stage DTRO treatment system solves the problem that the biochemical treatment method is not suitable for some landfill sites. Compared with the soil planting method, it is not constrained by the site and the whole system is highly automated. Real-time display of each link pressure pump value, water conductance, and each link water volume convenient records, while automatic cleaning conveniently improves system stability. The optimization parameters of DTRO are investigated and the technical and economic indexes at each stage of the study all meet and exceed Table 2 standards of municipal wastewater reuse water quality (GB/T18920-2002) and municipal waste landfill pollution control standards (GBl6889-2008). In addition, the total project investment is 8.70 million yuan and the treatment cost per ton of leachate during operation is 43.50 yuan, which is a relatively low cost and has good applicability. In terms of the future work, the improvement of membrane performance and further optimization of parameters should be carried out to enhance the practicability of the treatment process.
