ABSTRACT

At present, many projects are highly subjective when selecting LID facilities, and many indicators cannot be expressed quantitatively. Therefore, in planning and design, there should be a set of scientific and reasonable evaluation methods for LID selection. In this paper, by introducing four common LID sponge measures and an urban stormwater management model (SWMM), a new campus of a university in Wuhan is selected as the research object, the elevation and slope of the study area are analyzed, and the SWMM model of low-impact development stormwater system is constructed by combining the pipe network data information of the planning area. According to the influence factors of LID measures, a hierarchical structure model of LID measure selection was constructed, and the improved hierarchical analysis method was used to evaluate and judge LID measures. The six selected LID measures were evaluated under different indexes, and finally the LID measures with the highest scores were selected, which were sunken green space, permeable paving, and grassed swales. The parameters of the LID measurements were also established based on the SWMM user handbook and the soil types in the research region, which resulted in the preliminary sponge design scheme.
