ABSTRACT
A comparative experiment was conducted in this study to improve the efficiency of advanced treatment of tailwater with constructed wetlands. Water samples were extracted from each processing unit using twelve gauging points. The advanced treatment consists of aeration ponds, facultative ponds, surface flow constructed wetlands, subsurface flow constructed wetlands, and ecological ponds. The variations of DO, TP, TN, COD, BOD, etc. are analyzed based on the function of each wetland, and a comparison of the two processes is conducted to find the improvement direction of ecological treatment for tail water.
