ABSTRACT
Camellia oleifera is a unique woody oil resource in China. Camellia seed oil is rich in nutrients and health-care components. In order to promote the rational utilization of Camellia oleifera resources, promote the development of Camellia oleifera industry, and improve the comprehensive utilization rate. First, the distribution of Camellia oleifera resources is summarized in this paper; second, the composition and utilization of Camellia oleifera seed oil, Camellia husk and Camellia cake were analyzed, and the promotion experience of Camellia oleifera industry was summarized; finally, problems existing in the industry were also pointed out. Combined with the existing problems, it shows the future development trend of the Camellia oleifera industry.
