ABSTRACT

Heating energy consumption is an important part of building energy consumption. The behavior of residents opening windows and adjusting heating setting temperature has an important impact on heating energy consumption. In the past, there were few systematic studies on the difference in energy-saving effect caused by the decrease of heating temperature setting value under different windowing behaviors. Therefore, taking Beijing in the cold region as the background, this paper used the characteristic temperature method to simulate the hourly dynamic heat load of a typical office building before and after the building heating setting temperature decreases from 18°C to 1°C with different times of air change. Furthermore, the influence mechanism of building energy conservation was expounded from macroscopic and microscopic time dimensions. The results showed that the annual energy saving increases nonlinearly with the increase of ventilation times, but the annual energy saving rate increases first and then decreases, and it reaches the maximum when n=1.6ACH. The research showed that the energy saving is dominated by the annual energy-saving temperature difference and the energy-saving behavior is dominated by the annual energy saving rate. The research results had a certain reference value to guide the formulation of energy-saving design standards in cold regions.
