ABSTRACT
This paper analyzes environmental innovation actions by 722 enterprises data samples with more than 10 years of operation covering most industries such as construction, machinery, manufacturing, medicine, communication, mining, etc. in 38 provinces of China. Using the structural equation model, this paper discusses enterprise environmental innovation driving factors. Starting from the two dimensions of external driving factors and internal driving factors, this paper sets up three driving factors latent variables: green policy environment, green market environment, and enterprise strategy, and sets up three latent variables reflecting the driving effect: green innovation level, enterprise business performance level, and environmental performance satisfaction. It is characterized by 18 explicit variables to study the relationship between each latent variable, find the driving factors of enterprise green innovation, study the differences in the interaction between various latent variables for different enterprises, which provides a reference for enterprises to formulate green strategy and regulators to carry out policies.
