ABSTRACT
During the drilling process of underground drill pipes in coal mines, the drill pipe breaks from time to time, hindering normal production and causing huge losses. This paper proposes a coal mine underground intelligent drilling tool management system. The system consists of a radio frequency reading system, information carrier chips, an information processing system, a mobile phone terminal, and PC data analysis software, which can be applied to the intelligent information management of coalmine underground drilling tools. The drilling tool information is read in real time, and the Bluetooth interactive communication between the mobile phone terminal and the reading and writing device is used, and the drilling tool information is integrated with big data to generate information reports such as drilling construction, drilling tool life, drilling tool entry, personnel assessment. The system can realize the functions of collection of information like the drilling tool identity, drilling tool usage in drilling construction, drilling tool life, drilling tool entry.
