Interplay between Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence (AI) is the future of healthcare system that will revolutionize the entire biomedical market. 6G is one of the promising technologies that will capture the vision of entire smart healthcare framework. It explores the new dimensions of real-time health surveillance system using more patient-customized equipment. Integration of AI and IoT into healthcare ecosystem helps in analyzing bigger patient data sets more efficiently at faster rate. Such advancements in medical treatment can predict the signs of illness more quickly and with more precision. Most of the human errors can be easily tackled with online monitoring and remote-sensing applications. 6G-enabled system holds technical specifications like effective bandwidth utilization, lower latency, and antenna designs. Key consideration for maintaining the integrity of connected devices is the security in sensing communication network. Culmination of 3D technologies with 6G like hologram, blockchain technology, edge technology, virtual reality, smart dust, and brain computer interface have the potential to drastically change the functioning of medical treatment.
