ABSTRACT

Natural disaster poses major risks to civilization, humanity, and society where the first respondent deals with its severe effects and hazardous situations. The current presentation scenario embraces the visual channels such as presentations and films for disaster-related special forces, but these contribute to knowledge differences which are more severe in real scenarios. In case of a disaster, management of mass casualties needs a revamped approach to traditional emergency treatment. The standard care approach trains first responders to provide people with the basic treatment triage and health services before transportation to the nearest health centre. The proposed framework provides a healthcare mechanism for responding adequately to situations of mass losses which can be via virtual reality through the division of triage on the basis of the severity of the victim. The triage tags in the process will define the category of the victim it falls upon. Generation of triage cards will be done at affected areas via wireless communication in the sixth generation (6G) system to analyse the situation in a time-bound manner.
